They didn't use professional cleaners..I ordered the deep clean and it was unsatisfactory. I contacted Spiflee, they sent another crew who came and did a better job but I wouldn't classify what I received as a "deep clean" I've attached photos in which my ceiling fan was completely still dirty on one side as the cleaning crew didn't have a ladder after I explicitly indicated after the first cleaning that the ceiling fans needed to be cleaned. Maryam - I'm sorry you were not satisfied with our service. Here at Spiflee we pride treating customers first. We contacted you after your completed service multiple times to follow up for feedback. I am shocked as this is new news to us. Within our policy we provide recleans or money back if you were not satisfied with our service. With that being said I did want to highlight a few discrepancies in your comment, which I believe should be noted in this public comment. Your deep cleaning service was fully completed based on our services which can be found at spiflee.com/services/. We informed you ahead of time that we will work around the floors and surfaces that were completed covered with unpacked boxes, furniture, loose items, etc.. during our visit. We communicated with you from start to finish for this project about our service agreement. Kindly enough our cleaning ladies provided additional out of scope services within our liability (ex. lifting/moving light/medium weight furniture, unpacking boxes, home organization, etc..). Again, i'm sorry that you were not happy that our cleaners were not allowed to perform out of scope services within our terms, as we were upfront with our ability to perform services and recommended scheduling another company to perform the out of scope services that were not completed during our visit.
