They didn't use professional cleaners..I ordered the deep clean and it was unsatisfactory. I contacted Spiflee, they sent another crew who came and did a better job but I wouldn't classify what I received as a "deep clean" I've attached photos in which my ceiling fan was completely still dirty on one side as the cleaning crew didn't have a ladder after I explicitly indicated after the first cleaning that the ceiling fans needed to be cleaned.
