3D Facility Services did an incredible job with a variety of projects, including transforming my unfinished basement into a fitness area and wine cellar. Their workmanship is flawless and the creativity in improving the space is second to none. They also installed an exterior drainage system to prevent future water damage that has been exceptional. In addition, they completed framing work, drywall installation and painting, concrete repair and replacement and finished the garage as well. Warren, the crew chief, is very personable and seems to be able to solve any challenge. Fantastic work and highly recommended.

The men came to pour concrete behind my garage, replaced my walkway and slate. I was impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. They were very polite and careful not to leave a mess behind them. I also needed my concrete steps redone and I am very happy with the outcome. The work was done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this business!!

In many cases we can develop a plan remotely with the help of photos and measurements although a site visit may be required in some circumstances.
