Currently selling my home and they were able to come out and provide a roof inspection and even offered a roof certification letter that I needed to provide for the buyer’s lender. He was really quick in responding to what I needed and emailed me the inspection immediately. Definitely would recommend this company!

NOVA Consulting Services Inc did a fantastic job! We contacted them to inspect our roof. They arrived on time, completed a very thorough evaluation, and provided us with a great amount of detail. Thomas is a consummate professional. He arrived on time and wasted not a second assessing our roof situation (probable roof leaks, probable flashing problems, damaged vents - all on an older roof). He climbed up on the roof in no time - taking detailed pictures with a close-up inspection. He then went into our attic and continued a very thorough analysis of the situation. Thomas is very calm, knowledgeable and easy-going. He recommended thorough, easy-to-understand solutions with extremely reasonable costs (including alternatives) - NO pressure, very confident, precise and very easy to work with.

Minor water damage on our bathroom ceiling indicated a roof leak. We determined the water was coming in through the roof vent pipe and that the pipe collar needed replacing. Thomas responded quickly to my request for a bid with what I felt was a fair price for the work. We arranged a time for him to come to the house. Before the appointed time, he sent a msg letting us know he was on his way. Having been in commercial project mgmnt for 15 yrs, I am familiar with how to correctly flash and seal roof stack pipes. Thomas removed the damaged collar, added a water/ice shield, replaced shingles were needed, and applied sealant where needed. He worked quickly and cleanly. Thomas has thorough knowledge of roofing systems and applications and is clearly experienced in repairing roofs. His business model is to focus on roof inspections and repairs. He does not install roofs. This allows him to charge a reasonable fee that businesses that are primarily roof installation companies are unable to do - there is a cost to take a person of an installation crew in order to do a small roof repair. The price for the work was in line with what I felt was fair. Highly recommend Thomas with Nova CS for roof repairs and/inspections.

Our general roof inspections are from $200-250. Roof maintenance repairs are $250-1,500. Emergency services (such as tarping) are $300+. Hail & Wind roof claims are $250. All fees are upon the complexity of the roof. We offer discounts to Veterans and Seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a prompt response on our availability, pricing and services. Set up the appointment based on the customer's preference and provide the reports and repairs in a timely manner.

With over 9 years of home improvement experience, over 7,000 roof inspections on the contractor and insurance side. Our inspectors are also certified by an Engineering firm, providing unmatched experience and expertise.
