I hired Gary on February 6 to come out and repair a cracked door frame for today, February 18 at 10 am. He never showed up, never called to explained what happened, after I texted him, he never replied. Very unprofessional. Swipe left. Update: 5:50 pm. I received an answer from GNG that you can read below. I am attaching screenshots of our text messages to prove that I did not cancel. The price he quoted was way to high, I merely said he will need to look at it when he comes to fix what he was hired to fix. Not only unprofessional but also untruthful. I understand you were upset when you called and asked for immediate and emergency service to fix you leaking water valve, but Madam you told me that you didn't want service in a not so polite manner. You then texted asking if I was coming as though our conversation did not take place. I'm sorry you are upset but you relinquished your spot. That was also the 3rd time you changed your mind about having me provide service as you searched for a more suitable price.
Gary did a great job in helping map out the project, choosing the best site location, talking me through his approach and when we had a problem with the door (manufacturing issue, not related to his work, he was able to troubleshoot for a solution until it could be repaired.Mar 21, 2019Verified
