- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Vary fair and will tell you the truth and try and save you money. In my years of being in business that goes along way to customers and you get a lot of repeat customers as well, because they always know that you will tell them the truth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always be hands on and on the jobsite for any new customer to answer any questions they may have. Without an employee not knowing the answer and they have to contact the owner. Instead of getting the answer right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years in the same area doing this kind of work time and time again. Hands on knowledge in my book is the best.
