We are devastated to know you had such a bad experience with us.We are usually known for our great customer service and attention to detail in everything that we do. We have tried to get a hold of you so we could atleast try to compensate you by providing our sincere apology and refund you for services we failed to deliver. We have been calling you, emailing and messaging you to contact us and provide us details of what went wrong. From our understanding we were on time and throughout the wedding we had no delays and were on schedule. The vendors and guests we coordinated were satisfied with our business. During the wedding we checked upon you and Rob as well as the guests every hour to see if anyone needs anything. Your reply was always a "No, thank you, everything is great" . Even at the end of the night I came to you and asked if everything went well and you again said "everything is great, thank you Susan". My staff and I ticked everything in the box and we took on every duty that was given to us including the ones that weren't on the contract. Therefore, we are surprised to see a 2 star rating from you without any additional details from you or Rob. We take care of our client's needs and their satisfaction is our satisfaction. Susan and her team were incredible to work with. We hired Susan as our day-of planner, and I can honestly say that my wedding day would not have gone off as well as it has, if I had to do it all on my own. She was everything we needed her to be, and she made sure the vision and schedule we had in mind was followed through. She was also respectful of our multi-cultural wedding and needs. She was involved, she stayed in communication, and was able to hand some of our more difficult guests. She is wonderful at figuring out logistics, and she made sure everything went well during the wedding! I can't say enough incredible things about Susan! She was my rock and peace of mind on the day of our wedding, and I would recommend her for any major event!!!

I did not know where to start to help plan a wedding for my sister. I contacted Sahar and she was amazing from the beginning to the end she was putting my sisters vision together listening to what exactly what my sister wanted. All the guest kept commenting on how beautiful the decorations were and how well organized the wedding was. She helped plan her bachorlette party as well. We would text her call her meet up to talk about plans and colors and decor it was very enjoyable working with her side by side! I would definitely come back to her when we need any other family event planned !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we'll beat any prices GUARANTEED! if any company equilevent to Imperial Designs offers the lowest prices we'll beat that too. my prices for an event of 50 guests is around $1,300 and is negotiable depending on the type of decorations and equipment required. A wedding event of 200 guests is around $3800 depending on the decorations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first conversation over the phone or in person is essential as it helps me to answer any questions and also to get to know my client. It is priority one to deliver exactly what the client wants. After I have gathered all the required details I then send a quote. my quotes are always negotiatiable without compromising any services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Art and Design and volunteered weddings in Australia and the US
