Very responsive to my request, came out to the house within 24 hours. Fantastic quality of work, had no problem mounting my 65" tv on stone facade for a reasonable price. Very friendly too, explained how he was installing the mount and why, then demonstrated the strength of the job before actually hanging the tv.
