- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Individual sessions cost 50$ each. In order to reach your goals in a timely manner.... I recommend at least 3/4 sessions a week. If you can only do 1-2 sessions a week pricing may vary. Semi Private /couples training will generally give a partially discounted rate on the 2nd person if they are training at the same time .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by scheduling a consultation to evaluate my perspective clients fitness and nutrition goals. Your able to come visit the gym and check out what we have to offer you. If your ready to commit and climb aboard we work out a training and payment schedule. Final step is to start our plan by hitting the gym. Also at this time if you are interested in a custom healthy nutrition plan we make plans to put this into action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life time of training people, a variety of certifications through out the years. Nutritional and fitness classes at South Eastern Massachusetts University in Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
