Security, Surveillance & Sound
About this pro
The technician who came to my house was very timely and professional. He took the time to listen to how i wanted the job done. I got the impression he genuinely cared and wanted to help me out. I couldn’t be happier with the work done. Thanks so much!Mar 7, 2018
Had a security camera installed in my son's room and hooked to the tv in my room. Works great and easily adjustable if we move his bed and need to reposition the camera. When we moved our room recently and put the tv on the other side of the room I was able to reach out and get a new cable so we didn't miss a night without it. Very professional and great products.Mar 6, 2018
Doug is a professional, super friendly, honest guy. He handles everything like it was his own business or house he is installing in. I would reccomend this business to anyone who needs security, sound, or survalliance solutions. 10/10!Mar 7, 2018
Technician showed up perfectly on time. Performed work in a neat and timely manner. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had. Would definitely recommend and use again.Mar 6, 2018
Highly recommended!!! What I like most about working with this company is that they are very professional. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need like other companies tried to so. They gave me options and understood it was I was looking for. I will be using them again!Mar 6, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every job is different in this field. Depending on the situation of the install will reflect on the pricing. The pricing cant just be a cookie cutter unfortunately. Such as a 4 camera video surveillance system. On a 1,500 sq. ft. house should be cheaper that a 25,000 sq ft building based on amount of wire needed. Or if you need a camera on a out building where I would have to trench 250 floor of pvc conduit. But the best way to keep prices low is by going to the site before the job, evaluating to figure out exactly what you may need and what I would need to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process for a new customer is first getting in contact with the client. Meeting up and discussing the needs and the challenges on the upcoming project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied at hands-on college where I worked in the field and also studied in class. Being I recieved the knowledge in field of how work is done and then in class I learned how it worked made it easy and interesting. Beyond that I have taken courses to stay up with the times, new products come out and learning how to use them gives me a competitive edge in this industry.
