Three years ago my mother's house needed a LOT of work. In five days, Mark installed a new door, replaced the soffit, replaced a support beam for the back porch, demolished a bathroom to ready it for installation, repaired wiring for a ceiling fan and then repaired a huge hole in the ceiling. He also painted the entryway, hallway, living room, dining room and a bedroom. We could not believe how quickly Mark worked and my mom was especially impressed with how vey clean Mark left the house at the end of each day, no matter how dirty it got. She also appreciated that Mark listened to her ideas and made helpful suggestions, clearly explaining why it would or woudn't work or what might look better. To this day, my mom says she often thinks about how much work Mark did in just those five days and how kind and respectful he was. He made quite the impression on her! I am so very grateful for his kindness to my mom and his patience with her difficulty in making decisions. Thank you from our family, Mark. You gave us quality work and you made my mom so happy.and that's what matters most.

A complete remodel of back to back bathrooms, including shower and tub demos, reconfiguration of showers,complete tile installation and thorough cleanup and debris removal was completed in three weeks. Mark was knowledgeable and efficient in coordinating all aspects of the remodel. Highly recommended.

Mark is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! He came when he said he would come. He did EVERYTHING on my "to do" list. He set up the most fantastic shelving unit for me, and assisted me with arranging the shelves just where I wanted them. Very patient. Kind, thoughtful and friendly. Everything was a snap for him, he zipped right through all my to do items like a hot knife through butter. (Installed an 80 foot wide ceiling to floor wall shelving unit, fixed my water filtration system so it no longer leaks, changed a lamp socket, fixed my fan, even moved a very heavy box to the top shelf. No task too big or too small.) What can say? I'm so happy with what he did, I feel like today is CHRISTMAS!!! Will I call on him again? YES!! Will I refer him to everyone I know? YES!!!

I hired Mark based off his response time and his reviews. He came to my house to look at the jobs that needed to be done, explained what he would have to do, and scheduled to come back the following day. I needed large bulky items to be hauled from my balcony, two bathroom vents installed, two vanity lights installed, and a security gate installed. Mark showed up timely and immediately got to work. He is friendly, professional, fair, and honest. He gave me tips on how to do little jobs around the house, which I plan on putting to use! I would definitely recommend Mark to friends and family in need of a handyman, and will be using him for future projects as well. Two thumbs up, more if I had them.

Hourly rate with price break after the first hour. 1 hour minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone or in-person interview regarding the nature of the client's project. We will coordinate a time to visit the site and discuss the project in more detail. We then follow up with a written estimate of work to be performed including critical completion dates.
