- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing sits in the middle of advertised teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first lesson is all about learning the goals of the student and assessing where the student is in their process of learning. Building a program to reach the goals set must come next. No student learns the same. Each is unique and constantly changing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor of Music from UTA, a Masters of Music from TCU and a doctorate or DMA from Texas Tech University. I have extensive studies in foreign language for singers, having lived and performed in France Italy, Germany and Austria. And I have 'on the job training' having taught at UT Dallas, Texas Tech, Lubbock Christian University and Missouri Western State University where I served as Director of Vocal Study and Director of the opera program.
