Good facts - as requested, cleared thick dust off doors, walls and baseboards; grime and dust off window jambs; dirt, debris and dog hair from utility mats fronting front and back doors; swept and mopped all floors. Opinion - overall good standard cleaning. Not-so-good facts - requested (4) kitchen cabinets and (1) kitchen drawer to be cleaned; only (3) cabinets were done; bathtub was still slick; bathtub walls still had obvious soap scum; bathroom sink and faucet still had obvious water spots (not hard water) and residue; dead bugs were still present in wall light sconce; handheld vacuum and charger were upended and left that way; one of dog's collars is missing (generic and left in dog supply box; it's a small item, not about the $$; it's the principle); front door utility mat was cleaner at end of day 1 cleaning than day 2 (spread over 2 days due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances on cleaners' part - not an issue with this customer); there was still small debris left on living room floor; mostly under coffee table (dog and owners were not home during time of cleaning on both days). Opinion - did not receive deep cleaning services as requested and paid for at final charge that was 10% higher than highest estimate; no quality assurance to check quality of work prior to leaving. Also, received an alert from my webcam that someone was in the house. I assumed it was cleaners, but checked anyway when I had time. Saw a young man sitting on my couch looking at his phone. Thought it was one of their sons on summer break with nothing to do. Not a terrible issue. However, the considerate and professional thing to do would have been to ask me if it was ok. In response to this review,I was contacted by Rina ,I did not bid it, We spoke on the phone several times and the intial conversation was that she did not feel it was in bad shape and a standard clean would do, she was given a price for both ,decided to do the deep clean...Upon cleaning the first day ,I advised her that it was really bad and needed a ton of attention detail work dust/ dirt on baseboards, the inside of interior doors and floors all needed major attention ,she agreed and then wanted the inside window tracks done and they were added..It was a older home that needed a ton of attention and detail work, which we did in the 7 hours that was spent on the home . All kitchen cabinets were wiped down not just the couple she had marked with post it notes as there were spread through the kitchen.. I couldn't see the sense in not wiping them all.. All furniture was moved and swept under and behind..including under the bed..kitchen fixtures and bathroom scrubbed with bleach and scouring pads,along with the bathtub and the tub surround...and they were all done twice in an attempt to get things off that had been there for a very long time,I spoke to her about the bathtub and showed and advised her while she was home that it had already been scrubbed twice and that I would do it again the following day to hopefully get more off.Soap scum accumulated for along time ,needs alot of attention ,I used a plastic putty knife to scrape layers off ,along with a scrubby pad ,I am a cleaner ,but I can not make very old things look brand new ,but I sure gave it my all as I always do...I did scrub them to be as clean as I could get them and told her if we were coming back on a regular basis I would continue to work on it. The house had been exteminated by terminix and left a coating on everything that we worked hard to remove and we cleared a ton of stink bugs and other dead bugs from an empty 2nd floor..and from every corner of the house.. We literally scrubbed and wiped all the orginal hardwood floors 3 times and then mopped them with Murphy's oil soap the looked fantastic,scrubbed and hand wiped all baseboards 2wice as well...In attempt to make the customer happy and when I left on the first day she was.. She was called when the job was completed on the 2nd day and I asked her to call when she got home and let me know what she thought because it looked fantastic..I did not hear from her til now ,here while reading her very upsetting and un fair 2 star reviewSo with that being said ...A 2 star review is what she gave ,which is fine ,but it was not a 2 star clean she received by any means.... And my mission is always to make sure the customer is happy..if your not happy I'm always willing to come back and address any issues..which is why she was asked upon us leaving to give me a call that night...I did do a final walk through and always double check myself and teams work before leavingI'm not happy unless the customer is ..We were not given that opportunity and for as long as I've been doing this ,I've definitely found that is a great business practice to offer and really have never had to go back ,but I'm always willing 2,as far as a dogs collar ,I don't have a dog or a need for a dog collar..I hope she finds it.

Traci was so beyond my wildest expectations. My house was left a mess by an unscrupulous contractor. Traci worked so hard. She cleaned my wall, bold, cabinets, things that had not occurred to me.
