- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple. I offer a collection of digital images with the option to add on additional products like photo albums, canvas, enlarged and framed prints, etc.. I have no hidden fees and no addition sitting or session fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial email inquiry about a session I offer my clients to discuss their session over the phone or via email. I send my full pricing information to let you know everything up front before our session. Once I get an idea of what kind of session my clients wants I offer a selection of locations that might be perfect for them. Within a few days after our session I show my clients a handful of sneak peek images and within two weeks my client is able to view a full edited gallery via a password protected online gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is in early childhood development and education and I was a nanny throughout highschool and college. I feel like in addition to being a parent to three boys, I am more than qualified to work with young children. I also have extensive training in photography.
