- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing changes based on the customers needs. Most events we cater cost roughly $30 per person up to 100 guest. Between 101 to 200 guest is roughly $28 per guest Upwards of 200 guess can be very cost effective, right around $25 per guess A standard catering package includes two entrees, three sides and salad. Extra can be ordered as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers it is important for Four Brother Catering to know and fully understand the needs of our customers. We have a standard list of questions that are submitted to the potential customer. Being able to review customers feedback allows us to gain more insight on how to better service the customer needs.
