Introduction: Get the most from your lessons with guidance from an experienced, patient, and credentialed tutor. I'm an Adobe Certified Expert in Abode Photoshop Lightroom - one of fewer than 60 current certified experts nationwide. I'm also certified as a professional photographer by the Association of Independent Architectural Photographers (REPAI) and Real Estate Photographers of America and International (REPAI). Cindy has shown her high degree of professionalism on the very first contact we had; she communicated often and was flexible enough to make her schedule fit my schedule needs. During our first lesson in Adobe Lightroom, Cindy guided me through the online setup quickly on my PC and I was up-and-running in no time. Cindy was able to answer several questions I had on AL editing by just analyzing my photos against other photos I showed her as my goal. I felt great! I am looking forward to the next lessons and most definitely recommend Cindy's services to anyone who feels challenged on taking their photography skills to the next level.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you should ever feel that a session isn't worthy of a 5-star rating and a glowing review, I will cancel the lesson with no charges. I've never needed to do that, but I want you to feel comfortable entrusting your time and money with me. I am passionate about delighting my clients. Prior to becoming an instructor, I had a nearly 20 year career leading customer loyalty and retention efforts at a Fortune 20 company, and I bring that same customer focus to my teaching. I was recently honored to receive Thumbtack's Best of 2016 designation for earning great reviews from clients and am committed to providing outstanding service to you, as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to learn more about your interests and goals so that I can tailor lessons to meet your needs. There are some key fundamentals all students need, but I'd like to present the material in such a way that it is immediately applicable to your interests. If you're new to online tutoring, I'll help you get your computer configured before we start the first lesson. Many students find online tutoring ideal, eliminating commute time and enabling tutoring at more convenient hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Abode Photoshop Lightroom, I can help you bring your images to life in post processing, with a streamlined workflow that is customized to your needs and preferences. I've earned a certified professional photographer designation from Real Estate Photographers of America and International (REPAI), recognized as the most trusted source for qualified real estate photographers throughout the world. I'm also certified by the Association of Independent Architectural Photographers. I've also had coursework in History of Design and History of Art at the College of Architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology. As a credentialed Adobe Education Trainer, I can draw on experience with a wide range of Adobe applications, from Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Audition, to newer apps like Character Animator and Experience Design (Beta). I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and KelbyOne (formerly the National Association of Photoshop Professionals), and am a mentee of one of the most well-known photography instructors.
