- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catering starts with 18 meals. We'll bring a large selection of salads, hummus, tahini and spicy sauces, pilaf rice, fresh pitas and protein options of your choice: falafel ($10.75), chicken ($12) or lamb ($13.50) plus 7% tax. For the food trucks we require a $800 minimum order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can either cater a deliver and set up style or bring one of our food trucks to cook on location. Let us know what you want, how many meals and who pays for the service (guests or prepay) and we'll create a unique quote suiting your needs and budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
MBA, Ms.Science in Applied Math, 23+ years of IT career (last 11 at SAP) - the corporate life was way too boring and with my partner we decided to set our quick service restaurant startup. Being an avid fan of the Agile Methodology we're exploiting it for every decision and before opening our first location started with a food truck experiment to test and verify our menu, operational assumptions, market appetite, etc. After 1.5 years of running two food trucks we've opened our first location at Windward.
