- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Just as no two properties or investors are exactly the same, I feel that pricing needs to reflect this. PMI North Atlanta's pricing is based on a matrix, plus a menu of add-on services investors can choose from. Also, let me share that as a new office on the north side of town, I promise to beat any other manager's base rate. Not only will my early clients gain my total attention and depth of knowledge, they will also benefit from this "Grand Opening" offer to beat any verified offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Your needs are my first concern. My preference is to first understand the property we're discussing. Once I have the address and can assess the property, community and performance, then I look forward to a longer conversation. Of course, I would like to know what led you to seek out a new property manager. I will address your specific needs and concerns and, along with what I learned about your property, we can work together to develop a plan. I want the entire experience to be a low-pressure conversation... you need to work with someone you not only like, but also feel you can speak honestly with. I believe I can be that person!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I want to be a true resource for my clients! I have been a successful accountant for many years and have run many accounting departments. You will always understand your financials, your tax preparer appreciate your clear submissions at tax time and I can help you fully understand any financial decision you make. In addition to my career-experience, I've spent the last 10 years as the Operations Manager of a large property management company, helping the owners more than double the size of their business. I understand all the moving pieces of the rental property puzzle and understand my role is not just operational, but also about risk management. To keep my knowledge current, I have been an an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) for the past 7 years.
