- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer has different goals and needs a different product. I like to know them first and then guide them to the product that best serves their needs. However my clients feel that my prices are fare and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a free session with my clients. In this session I learned what there goals are and how I can best help them. At the end of the call I tell them what I think would be the best program for them and we set up our next meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Science Associate in Culinary Arts. 10 years of experience with food. I am a trained Medical Interpreter with 6 years of experience in the medical field. I’m a certified Health and Life Coach
