- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note: A non refundable deposit of $50 must be recieved in order to solidify your appointment. If you need to reschedule anytime within 48 hours of your appointment, I would be glad to do that for you. Anytime after that 48 hour window, your deposit is forfeited. If you would like to reschedule you would have to pay the booking deposit of $50 again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultations are not negotiable, I spend time ensuring that we are fit for one another, that we are on the same page, that the appropriate solution is provided, and that realistic expectations are set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Esthetician (skin care specialist) with specialized training for Medical Aesthetics, Licensed Master Cosmetologist & Barber, and a Makeup Artist. I am also a Certified Nonsurgical Hairloss Replacement Specialist, who specializes in color correction.
