- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Personal Chef rate is $50 per hour plus the cost of groceries. Catering prices vary depending on menus, types of events, equipment rentals, etc. All Invoices are sent via email through Quickbooks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I like to understand what our potential customer is looking for, i.e., personally cooked meals, help with dietary needs, small events catering, etc. This can be done through messaging or emails. If we are both still interested then I like to set up a meeting in person to go over more details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in restaurants/clubs/hotels for over 25 years including 15 years in a 5 diamond resort. I have an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the Florida State College of Jacksonville, where I also served as a member of the Advisory Board for several years.
