Introduction: I specialize in teaching English as a second language for anybody who is struggling with pronunciation, grammar, reading or writing in English. Because I am a foreigner myself, I am originally from Belarus, I am able to understand the difficulties foreign language speakers might have trying to fit in the modern American society. I also offer tutoring in various subjects, such as Math, Reading, College Writing, Research Paper Writing etc. Having a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an English Language Instructor Degree from my home country, I feel very confident that I can help my students achieve their academic goals.
I am passionate about studying and teaching. Academic excellence has been my strength since first grade. I am eager to share my love of knowledge with my students in a patient and fun manner. My students' confidence and belief in their abilities is my number one priority, and I achieve it by customizing each lesson to their needs.

I have lived in the United State for almost 20 years, and I really want to speak English better.
I didn’t realize that I mispronounce so many words but she helped me say them correctly such as “ Year” vs “Ear” or “Coast” vs Cost” and many others ( you know what I mean) :-)
She is very passionate about teaching and she really wants to see her student succeed.

We are extremely happy with our tutor. She has been a great influence on my daughter. They learn and enjoy each others company . She is sweet and extremely knowledgeable. I thoroughly appreciate her willingness to give her best. We were in a crunch with getting the curriculum done and our tutor came right in and within a few weeks she was able to accomplish what we couldn't in months . My daughter learns and at the same time enjoys it. Thanks to Ms. TONYA!!!! We truly do appreciate her.
