- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices will vary depending on the size of the home and the difficulty of the project. We have a 2 year labor warranty. We are licensed and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an appointment with the customer and find a time that is best for me to come out to the home and give them an estimate. I measure the total amount of feet and downspouts needed. I then go over the gutter design I create with the home owner. I explain what I think is the best option for the gutter system to work for the home. I ask the customer if they have any questions about the design or any specifics they would like to go over. I then discuss the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the Marines i worked as a Airframes/Hydraulics mechanic on Harriers, which means i was responsible for the metal work and hydraulics I also have been working with a Leaf filter the number one rated gutter protection system out there for many years.
