- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are always complimentary. I am very detailed with my planning, I require 50% down to hold the date and the remainder 30 days prior to the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to know the venue, time of the wedding and the style of the brides dress. All of these items factor into the floral designs. I wouldn’t create the same centerpieces for an afternoon outdoor wedding as I would for an evening ballroom affair. Inspiration pictures are a great starting point and I allow my imagination to soar from there....designing a custom bouquet that will meet and exceed my bride’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in the industry; I have worked retail, wholesale, mass market and now for myself :)
