- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects 30 years of business and expertise. We always offer a Free Consultation to make sure we understand the request. We also adjust our pricing to meet our clients budget and offer deferred payment for the remainder in a monthly, quarterly or annual payment plan. Need to break pricing into installments before or after your Event? We can do that by filling out and requesting a credit application. We understand professional work like ours comes with a price and we work with our clients to make sure they can afford us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We like to speak to and connect with our prospective clients. We believe this is vital to the client/company relationship. We always do a strategy session and consultation with every client regardless of project size. We use our 30 years of experience and show you that trusting us to handle your assignment or task leaves you stress free. Small projects, large projects or anything in between, we'll figure it out together. We also have professionals that we rely on for mentorship that are a phone call away and ready to help in a small or big way. Our process: 1. Introduction Phone Call 2. Schedule Strategy Meeting In Person or via Webinar if working project remotely 3. Strategy Consultation Meeting up to 1 Hour 4. Post Consultation Advice and Proposal Offer Review 5. Make Changes to Proposal as Needed to reach an agreement. 6. Agreement reached and Contract Sent for Initials and Signatures 7. Post Contract Planning Meeting up to 2 hours 8. Activate and Begin working on your project/task/assignment 9. Provide on going updates and continue working with parties involved in decisions. 10. Work with vendors needed to complete project. 11. At completion of project, we get feedback from all parties to see how we can improve our services. We take all suggestions and criticism as learning moments.

Our owner has an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in Criminal Justice and a Law Enforcement Certificate from Brazosport College.
