I'm sorry to hear this. All of our project's outcome is a result of a working relationship with clients and it is in our benefit that we make all clients happy and satisfied. However, when we come across a client that we don't feel we can make happy, we do politely decline because we don't ever want to make any of our clients feel unsatisfied. We do, especially, avoid clients who threaten us to accomplish certain work tasks to avoid a bad review. It's not how we believe a strong working relationship should start.
