My wife and I researched and contacted several companies in the Amarillo area in starting the process of replacing 27 windows in our 1924 home. It seemed to us, by the responses or lack of, that no other company or representative really wanted our business! Jamie at Veteran Home Exteriors really took his time to meet with us, he thoroughly described and explained the various Windows,their+and -'s, the manufacturing process, of course, the costs associated with each. After meeting at our house, he offered his recommendation and explained why, timeframe, etc. Of course, this windows are fabricated to each individual specifications and they were delivered and installed by the timeframe that was promised to us! The installation was very professional (they were experienced and knew what they were doing), it was done fairly quickly, they cleaned everything as they proceeded and explained everything very thoroughly. We can attest that they make an extremely big difference in the comfort of the main room (man cave), where 9 windows were installed!!! We were so happy and pleased with the final results that we just ordered 4 more for two bedrooms...highly recommend Veteran Home Exteriors!

even tho the manufacturer promised to deliver windows and didn't the communication was great and all went well when the windows arrived and were installed promptly!

The value of the windows installed were comparable to other companies that we received quotes from. Mr. Peterson was very personable, honest, and trustworthy. He gave us an exact price stood by the original quoted price. He told us when we ordered the windows it would be 4-6 weeks before they would be in. The windows were actually installed before the 6 weeks were up . The windows were installed in a day and with no problems. My wife and I love them and are very happy with our choice. For future improvements such as vinyl soffits and fascia, we will choose this reputable company for our needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by a new customer we immediately try to learn a little about them and their home. We offer a free, no obligation estimate/demonstration where we strive to answer any and all questions a homeowner may have about new windows. We then provide them with our very best price estimate. We do not price high and use vast discounts as a closing technique. You will receive our best price up front and if someone has a better price we will meet it.
