- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most accurate estimate on your move, please call our offices to discuss the details with one of our senior sales representatives. We offer the best pricing in the state of Texas, that's a lot of competition! Discounts include: Military, Senior Citizen, Student, Piggy-Back etc. We will also price match if you happen to receive a quote lower than our own at a reasonable rate! You can’t beat an offer like that with a 5-star licensed carrier like us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the size of your individual move, we can offer estimated pricing over the phone and give you a more accurate account of cost once your items are picked up. Some of our customers with larger homes may want a visual estimate which is available in certain areas of Texas upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is compiled of seasoned movers. Some of our drivers have come from household name companies such as Atlas, United, and Mayflower. We use only full-time professional movers, no day labor involved. Cheap movers will not be professionals and the professionals will not be the cheapest.
