$55/hr of in person sessions, $30/30min. $100 fixed price for a personalized training program that includes no in person training. I’m available nearly 24/7 via phone or text to answer questions / give advice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss exercise history and goals. Any health concerns or risks. Develop a plan and execute.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACE certified. 330 hours interning under various trainers that have been in the industry for a number of years. Almost 2 years training clients in the industry. Health and Fitness degree.
