Kevin and his team did a great job. They were always quick to reply when we asked questions. They worked within the timelines they provided and were by far the most reasonably priced. I would hire them again and refer them to finish a job.

Kevin was very professional and kept tabs on his subcontractors throughout the entire project. He promptly fixed every problem we brought to his attention and even did a few extra things for us that were not in the original contract. As with any project, there were a few minor issues that we were not happy about, but nothing that is worth mentioning. We are satisfied with the quality of the work done and recommend Thor Development for basement finishing projects.
