My first job with Jayson Hanson was my Acer Aspire 5734Z make it run well, it was slowing down and freezing. Then the speed was improved then because I download files all the time, I picked up a noisy virus. That went back for 2nd job and I asked for more memory, and it was improved. The third job replaced my failing hard drive. then a year later a 4th job accepting my wish for downgrading Windows back to 7 was done. It's a perfect laptop. It's well past it's 5th year, and it's still working well. All the work was done in a timely manner. Jayson was good at catching errors in my system and doing corrective work that helped me to save my data. Polite, professional and personable describe him to a "T". I've been handing my other computers over to him. I feel a deep sense of gratitude that he has an old school work ethic, while being efficient. An example of his professionalism is My laptop jobs were back in a week when 2 other companies including Acer, had it for over 2 weeks and not repaired completely. I have my life's work on my laptop and he improved my security and suggested media for long term storage. I have used his advice to save myself from another virus, and fix my computing printing errors too. I strongly recommend Jayson Hanson for leadership and professional work. Texperience is fantastic!

My laptop screen started flickering on and off and I took it to Texperience to have it looked at. Jayson was able to identify the problem as a video cable that had shorted, along with a part of my motherboard that was affected as well. He quickly got back to me with his recommendations and worked with me to find parts that were within my budget. No overhead or outrageous charges, he ordered and replaced the broken parts and got it back to me within a couple days. I thought a motherboard would be a difficult fix but they handled it with ease, and kept me in the loop the whole time. He also ran a tune up to make sure everything was running at it's best, and since then I haven't had a single issue. I think it actually runs better now than when it was new! Fantastic service, really affordable, and overall a good experience. I'd recommend them for any computer work you need.

I hired Texperience, LLC, to repair/replace the optical drive in my Macbook Pro. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing a repair. Not only did they replace my optical drive, they also offered me a warranty as well as cleaned up and optimized (if that is the correct word) my system to work better. The service was quick, courteous and very professional. I didn't have to leave my house! Thank you - my new optical drive works perfectly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are provided as a membership support pledge; you receive unlimited repair, maintenance, training, and other services for one annual rate. Only other fees are for trip charges to cover for transportation costs, and any actual parts (for replacements, upgrades, etc).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our industry certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, and more, require ongoing renewal through re-testing. Because technology is our passion, we regularly research emergent technologies to provide easy learning for clients to quickly assimilate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally became interested in computers since I was a young child. When I was only 6, my parents bought their first computer to which I accidentally broke & had to be fixed before their arrival home from work. One could say, this abruptly started my IT career. After receiving IT certifications for computer repair and network support, I joined the industry working for various "big box" companies. Whilst in college classes, I met a group that was very interested in providing computer repair and tech support service that's more dedicated, more proactive, and less costly to what big box companies provide. Our mission hasn't changed to this day.
