I participated in a group coaching, Get Fit, that helped me learn more about myself, what my triggers were, and how to apply the necessary tools to achieve my weight loss goal. I was able to lose the weight, keep it off, and am healthier and happier because of it. I also did private coaching with Carrie, because I got so much out of group coaching. I realized I wanted and needed help with my professional and personal life, as well. I felt stuck in a crappy job and was in an unhealthy relationship going nowhere. My life was chaos and I felt stressed out all the time. Carrie taught me how to be accountable to myself, how to set short and long-term goals and stick to them, and how to respect and like myself again. She lifted me up and helped me make my dreams come true. I got my online degree, found a new job that I actually like and am good at. I bought my own house and ended that relationship. Now I love my peaceful life and myself. I, still to this day, apply the tools that Carrie taught me, because life still throws me curve balls, but I can handle the stress with a smile now. Carrie is an excellent life coach who asks some really deep questions that gave me the clarity that I needed for the direction of my life both personally and professionally! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies as I offer my clients different packages that fit their needs. I offer three different coaching packages ranging from 10 sessions on up to a full year of coaching.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free coaching discovery call to see if we are a good match. My approach is to carefully listen to what the client is seeking and ask deep questions to help them them think outside of the box. I typically start with weekly calls, Skype or in-person sessions that range in time from 45-60 minutes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BA in sociology from Iowa State University. I've been a social worker, case manager, recruiter, trainer and coach. In 2013 I was certified as an Elite Life Coach and launched my own company, Love Your Life, LLC.
