- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the wide range of jobs and services we provide there is no standard pricing, however, our estimates will be fair and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the type of job (commercial or residential). From there, we will listen to the description of the work you would like done and ask follow up question to ensure we know as many of the details as possible. We will note room sizes, discuss parking and building accessibility, collect particulars on the type of materials needing cleaning, and try to understand which treatments will be most effective for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education stems from our vast experience in the industry. Additionally, our technicians attend training classes and regularly speak with distributors in the industry to ensure we are staying up-to-date on the latest technologies.
