FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a variety of packages. I like to set up a consultation call to uncover what your concerns and goals are, while taking into account your current diet and lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified fitness instructor, registered dental hygienist and have a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. I’ve been a lifelong fun, food and fitness fanatic who has tried countless workouts, diets and health crazes. In my search for the “perfect me,” I realized that any changes that are unmaintainable, extreme, overnight or drastic are not beneficial to achieving a healthy lifestyle. Through my own stumbles and falls, I learned that the way to live a happy and healthy life is to take it back to the basics and keep it simple.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
FULLforLife came about during the fall of 2012 in the months after my grandmother passed away. Since I was a teenager, I wanted to live my life with the FULLness and contentment my grandmother exhibited daily through her gratitude, love for others, healthy home-cooked meals and regular exercise. My grandmother practiced these simple ideals up until the day she passed away at the age of 88. I became dedicated to educating myself more on personal wellness, fitness and cooking with the foods my grandmother would have recognized. This new lifestyle of living “FULL” transformed my life. Not only did I look and feel healthier, I was much happier and found contentment in the simple things of life. At that point, I decided I wanted to pass on the same legacy my grandmother had left for me. I became compelled to help other women find their FULLness by sharing the concepts and resources needed to move toward living a FULL life.
