- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather details regarding the project, and any damages and causes if restoration work. Then we determine a scope of work (jobsite walkthrough may be necessary) and put together an estimate usually within 48hours. If customer agrees to quote, we then schedule a start date and record address and customer phone number.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 6 years Demolition, water mitigation, fire and smoke odor restoration, and mold remediation, as well as IICRC certificates and licenses for restoration.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Began working for ServiceMaster for 5 years prior to the start of my business. I went to multiple disaster sites including Louisiana, Texas, North and South Carolina, as well as Florida for Disaster Flood remediation and demolition, as well as Santa Rosa, Ventura, and Redding for Fire Disaster restoration. Decided to open a family owned Restoration and Demolition company after many years of intensive experience from natural disasters and working with insurance companies for restoration work.
