- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All California Notaries cannot charge more than $10.00 per signature. Exceptions of Loan Documents which normally charge a Flat Fee with the lender among others. Travel time, mileage, assisting with the preparation of a document or documents, Apostille services, Small Claims preparation and filing fees are separate charges to be discussed prior to accepting assignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Notarization I will ask if the person to be notarized has Valid, Current Identification, i.e. California driver's license, ID Card, U.S. Passport, Foreign Passport and Foreign driver's License. If no verifiable identification, you will need to provide 2 Credible Witnesses with valid identification to identify you for notarization
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Notary Public since 2006. I have worked as a Legal Assistant to attorneys and over 35 years experience as a Claims Adjuster. I have a clean yearly background check and fingerprints on file with the National Notary Association
