I had a really good feeling about Jose the first time I talked on the phone with him. I was only a couple of days out from my event and needed security last minute. He assured me it wasn't an issue and offered me a really great price and told me I would have an invoice the next day. I had to follow up with Jose a couple of times to receive that invoice and when I did it was higher then he had quoted me. At this point I needed security and didn't really mind because I really liked working with Jose. He came with another security guard the night of and they did a really great job. The two stars comes from afterwards. On the invoice there was a $50 deposit and Jose told me I would get it back about a week or so after I paid. Well a week went by and Jose COMPLETELY GHSOTED me. I emailed him a bunch of times and called a bunch of times and never got anything back at all. I had to end up going through PayPal to dispute the charge and finally a month later I have my money back. Will never use Opsec again.Nov 29, 2018Verified

Requested OPSEC PRIVATE SECURITY for a fumigation I needed for the upcoming week. I called on a Sunday due to having fumigation tent being set up that Tuesday. When I called I spoke directly with the Owner of the company Jose Chacon who gave me a very reasonable quote. Although it was such short notice, Jose went above and beyond in conducting the service himself. Although Jose's company is just starting up, he placed himself at the tip of his business and made it extra special by providing a report at the end of his shift.Jun 24, 2018

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Going over the clients needs, then discussing how we can implement that into a contract. I prefer to meet with my clients 1 month in advance if time permits, if not then as soon as possible, prior to the event(s).
