Gary was very patient with our lack of knowledge of surveillance systems. He explained what was best for our project. He answered all our questions promptly and accepted that a Board of five needed to come to an agreement before scheduling any work. Once the work was scheduled it was done on time and the installation was neatly and professionally done. You don't find many companies like Live Smart that care for their customers the way Gary does. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each system is a little different. When a client asks for a price, we can put them in the ballpark for what to expect, but we have to ask a few questions and understand what system components will be required. From there, we can quickly provide a solid quote and schedule the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We listen carefully to the client and what they are looking for. We also explain all that is possible and are very truthful about what to expect. We value the customer relationship and are not happy unless the client is satisfied with what they have received. We then propose a solution and finalize on price. We are open and honest and also are very responsive on communications. We stay in touch with our clients every step of the way and answer their questions fully. After installation, we ask if there are any questions and then follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been an engineer and project manager for over 32 years. I have a BSEE and MSEE from the University of Wisconsin and an advanced masters from USC. I have been working communications technology for 30 years and keep on on the latest trends.
