We live in a Craftsman bungalow home built in 1926 and needed some plaster work done on a doorway in our kitchen that we had walled in. We just didn't have the time or energy to do it ourselves. Richard came by and gave me a quote on Tuesday and sent his plaster expert, Angel, early on Wednesday morning. The job was finished in a day and a half and we couldn't be more pleased! Angel is highly skilled in his craft and very neat and tidy. We plan to use P&R Lathing and Plastering again for a future project. Highly recommended!Jul 5, 2017Verified
Richard Warren's company does big repair jobs for businesses and large buildings. Mine was just a small one to fix some areas of broken stucco at home, and he still promptly returned my messages/calls and sent someone to complete the job the very next day. My stucco is fixed and the house ready for painting; Richard put me in touch with a painter too. Definitely recommended, thanks !Jul 17, 2018Verified
P & R Lathing is the best. I have been building additions and homes in south OC since 1977, I have seen many, many stucco crews. P & R is hands down the best quality and group of professionals you will find. High quality craftsmanship, materials and honest hard working personal makes this company a true pleasure to work with.May 31, 2018VerifiedRichard W.'s reply
Hi Jon, Thank you for your kind words. We are so happy you are satisfied with our work! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything! Best Regards, P&R Lathing, Inc.
This company had no idea how to do textured interior plastering. They totally botched the job by being unable to match the texture of the old walls. Also they used exterior product which resulted in a very concrete look for interior walls. I refused to pay them and now they are threatening to put a lien on my house. I am going to have to pay someone to undo the damage they did to my walls. It's been a horrific experience.Aug 22, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Generally re-scrub stucco by the yard ad patching by window, doors, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to be contacted directly to talk about the job inquires. To show them jobs I've done in they're area and owners they can contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been in the business since i was 18 years old. I have done and seen it all. I've working for one of the largest company's in my early years. Originally started my first company in 1982.
