Other people we contacted about working on our home pooh-poohed on our project ideas, and questioned the integrity of our home. Kevin had a can-do attitude, and took notes and measurements right away. He was excited to do the work. He was very positive and friendly. We had no concern having him work on the house while we were not home. He also listened to a lot of our home improvement questions that were outside of the project he was working on and gave helpful tips. His price quote was fair and reasonable. He gave us other options of ways to accomplish what we were looking for depending on how much we want to spend. He worked with skill, integrity and the job was completed when he said it would be. He is excellent at communicating and making sure that we were all on the same page. His work is conscientious, detailed and professional. We couldn't be happier with the job that he did and would recommend him to everyone.

Kevin Postma did an excellent job on my new deck. We discussed the materials for the deck and a plan for the deck was worked out. I needed the approval of the Condo Association and they agreed on the plans for the deck. Kevin was on time every day for work.
He selected contractors for the dirt that was needed for the foundation of the deck. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. He was very pleasant to work with.

We couldn't be happier with the results! Kevin is professional and detail oriented, a real craftsman. This guy is great to work with, he listened to our needs and rebuilt our rotten deck beyond our expectations. We've had others do work in the past and have usually felt a little disappointed with the results (framers masquerading as finish carpenters). NorthEdge Construction blew us away and I have recommended them to my neighbors and family.
