Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Personal Training should be more than just giving you exercises and counting. I create individualized exercise programs and coaching plans for each person with an emphasis on getting outdoors and moving instead of slogging away on the treadmill for hours. Fitness should be fun. Healthy Happy Fit Facilitating change and seeing progress that I helped to create is very rewarding. Working one-on-one with people who want to make those changes but do not know where to start. I guess is all boils down to teaching.

I met Jason by happenstance at a local gym. I was assigned to a PT who didn't get the memo that we had an appointment so Jason offered to get me started. I really wanted someone to teach me how to move my body and help it become stronger. I was struggling to lose the baby weight and really just wanted to feel... I don't know? Better? Anyways, so the gym I am a member of was having a special that I jumped on. Jason started by giving me a stack of workouts and encouraged me to rotate through them. Thus, my routine was born. I would do cardio (which I needed little motivation to do) and then I would do a workout. All of them were about thirty minutes, give or take. Then I had sessions with Jason and every week it was something new. I could not squat to save my life, now I can do 50 squats in one rotation. He gave me a selection of tools to learn how to do the movement by myself and to become better. I struggle with my balance, and Jason designed workouts to help me strengthen the weakness. I take those workouts and I do them on my non-training days. His gentle guidance encouraged me to keep going even when I was over the goblet squats or presses, but I can tell you that the results are there. I look forward to working out with Jason again soon.

Jason is AMAZING. Not only is he very friendly and personable, in the short time I've been training with him he's gotten me to go from not being able to do one single squat to being able to do 30 with a 20lb weight. That's a massive accomplishment for someone who really doesn't like the gym!! Even more amazing is that I am never in pain after a workout. Yes, I'm sore and I can feel that my muscles have been worked, but I am able to go about my daily routine. He also goes above and beyond to provide nutritional guidance. I am a vegetarian and can be slightly difficult to work with but he had plenty of advice for me as to what to eat in order to make sure I'm getting enough protein, vitamins, and other good stuff 15/10 would recommend Jason as a PT and nutritionist. You won't regret it!!

Jason was awesome. He was super helpful with addressing the needs I had and what I wanted to focus on and achieve. He provided the right motivation for me to actually love being back in the gym and working out. I actually looked forward to the workout every week. Hands down the best personal trainer in my opinion.
