- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rates. I spend time with my customers in advance to ensure that we both have a full understanding of what their goals are. I build my proposals based off of the nature of their goals and the process they prefer to achieve those outcomes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend time upfront, without obligation, working to understand the goals they want to achieve, what makes those important to the customer and how a successful project will be measured by the customer. All of my projects are custom built to best suit the needs of the customer.
