- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete an on-site estimate prior to any work being done. The customer has the opportunity to ask any questions they may have after reviewing the bid. If the customer is comfortable with the estimate, we schedule the project. Nailed It provides ongoing communication throughout the project and even after completion. Once the job is completed, Nailed It will provide the customer with an invoice and payment options of cash, check or credit card.

Make sure you work with a licensed, insured and bonded contractor. Require an estimate first and ask how often the finale cost matches the estimate.
