- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our office staff will schedule the customer with one of our certified technicians. On the day of the appointment, our technician will show up at the designated time and discuss the issues they are having. No matter what the issue is, our technician will complete a comprehensive 12-point efficiency inspection on the entire system and inform the customer of any other potential concerns.
