What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a standard price for filing. Not by the form which can turn out to be costly. Cost is based off the 1040, all supporting documents included 1040EZ returns (basic no deductions). $30 1040A returns (with dependents) $55 1040 returns (charitable contributions, home owners, investments etc.. ) $75 1040 businesses returns $125
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have completed 680+ hours of tax law and tax theory. 30+ hours of continuing education each year as required by previous employer and the IRS
