- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20-25/hour. You can choose an 8-10 week plan for a reduced price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will set specific fitness goals you would like to achieve and set a time frame to do so. Next, you will take a physical fitness test to show me your current level of fitness. Then, I will design an individual fitness plan for you. After that, we will begin our sessions together via the internet or at a local gym.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have led many individuals and group physical fitness sessions for the Army. I have developed fitness plans for people at all stages of life and fitness levels.
