FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest (an insured, legal business entity, which we are, cannot compete with the weekend warrior just making some cash on the side), but we're far from the most expensive. We are very particular about the process. The proper way to do the job. No shortcuts. No cutting corners. No skipped steps to save a buck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been Wolman certified in Wood Restoration for over 15 years. 2 years ago, I was certified in Wood Restoration from Deck Restoration Plus. I'm a member of UAMCC (United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners) and PWNA (Power Washers of North America)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was introduced to power washing in Washington DC in 2000. I was a partner in a contracting company with some college buddies where we specialized in landscaping, lawn maintenance, (both being my area of expertise and experience) and power washing. Power washing had less start up costs, bigger margins, you didn't get as dirty, and if you were hot you could just mist yourself with water.
