- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 20% deposit depending on the nature of the service you are interesting in. The final balance would not due until the day of the event. I have a simple booking process that is all conducted online, however I would love to meet in personal to answer any and all questions you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made through Thumbtack.com, I like to setup a time for a phone call, FaceTime, or to meet in person. I have real easy booking process that is all completed online, however, as previously stated, I would love to setup a time to meet in person if you wish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of professional experience in videography/photography, an Associates in Criminal Justice, a BBA, and an MBA with a focus in Marketing.
