- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For residential (home) inspections pricing is based on number of bedrooms, bathrooms, age of home and/or square footage. For commercial property assessments pricing is based on square footage and property type (examples; retail, warehouse, offices).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key to the Home Inspection process. From the point of contact with my Client(s), the inspection process, expenses, date and time are discussed and documented in advance of the on-site inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the New Jersey state education requirements for a licensed home inspector at the Building Inspectors Career Institute in Robbinsville, NJ. Required continuing education is ongoing annually at various state accredited schools, seminars and conferences.
