- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on which program works best for you. Discounts are available for veterans, seniors over 50, and individuals on welfare/food stamps/disability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to get to know the individual dog-human family. What is your goal with your dog? What are your biggest frustrations? For this purpose, I always have a phone consultation before discussing programs and prices. I want to make sure I can actually help a potential student before agreeing to take money from you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several animal behavior and training courses, as well as animal husbandry and care of several species including dogs, cats, rodents, ferrets, rabbits, small farm animals, and more. In addition, I've had incredible mentors, teachers, books, and around a decade of hands-on practice. I continue to improve my skills everyday so that you will always get the best.
