- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Resume $50-$100 depending on education level and if client has a previous resume Life Coaching Tier 1 $25/session 30 minutes goal planning and support Tier 2 $40/session 60 minutes goal planning, hands on support
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a 10-20 minute, over the phone, free assessment. After the assessment I determine a quote depending on the amount of services needed. I will then email you our quote, paperwork to fill out and initial meeting date options. Clients typically have 1-3 sessions for resume and employment and 3-10 for life coaching. Other services lie somewhere between the 1-10 sessions continuum depending on need. I offer over the phone sessions at a lower cost. If more than 10 sessions are needed I refer to more long-term options and/or reassess with additional quote.
